TO ALL MY CURLY GIRLS - Welcome to DAY 1 my LOVES! This challenge involves a whole lot of HIIT, and today we are kicking it off. Today you have 2x 8 minute blocks coming your way. All you'll need for today's workout with Ash is some 2kg or 3kg weights, booty band and a yoga mat.
Condition - A 35 minute circuit-based class with quick bursts of energy that will keep your heart rate in the sweet spot, while your body works to build heat and lean muscle mass.
