BODY RESET DAY 11: HIIT WITH ASH

SQUEAKY SHOES- Welcome to DAY 11 my LOVES! Today we have a new format. 8 blocks of exercise with 3x 30 second blocks of works. As you know by now this challenge involves a whole lot of HIIT and today is no different. All you'll need for today's workout with Ash is some 2kg or 3kg weights and a yoga mat. Let's get sweaty!

Condition - A 35 minute circuit-based class with quick bursts of energy that will keep your heart rate in the sweet spot, while your body works to build heat and lean muscle mass.
