BODY RESET DAY 4: HIIT WITH ASH

Welcome to DAY 4 my honey's! Today you have 3 blocks, comprised of 1.30minute rounds. Each block will focus on a different body part - legs, arms and abs - OUCH. For today's workout with Ash, you'll need a chair, booty band, some 3kg weights and a yoga mat.

Condition - A 35 minute circuit-based class with quick bursts of energy that will keep your heart rate in the sweet spot, while your body works to build heat and lean muscle mass.
