NO MAT NO WORRIES - Welcome to DAY 9 my LOVES! This workout is a LADDER style workout - we build in minutes, and then come back down the other side - 1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1 DONE. All you'll need for today's workout with Ash is some 2kg or 3kg weights, sliders and a yoga mat.
Condition - A 35 minute circuit-based class with quick bursts of energy that will keep your heart rate in the sweet spot, while your body works to build heat and lean muscle mass.
