DAY 4 DECEMBER CHALLENGE: ALIGN WITH ASH

SHIT I'M SWEATING! Today is an align class, but we will be pushing ourselves with the 40 rep challenge. You can do it, you are strong enough. All you'll need for today's workout with Ash is some 1kg or 2kg weights, a Pilates ball and a yoga mat. Align - classes that combine Pilates and Barre techniques to strengthen, lengthen and tone.
