DAY 7 DECEMBER CHALLENGE: ALIGN WITH MORGS

Welcome to DAY 7! You are over the halfway hump, and we are SO proud of you. We've had lots of feedback that your bodies are feeling it - use today as a way to stretch out and strengthen as we focus on your glutes and core. All you'll need for today's workout with Morgs is a Pilates ball (or small pillow) and a yoga mat. Align - classes that combine Pilates and Barre techniques to strengthen, lengthen and tone.
