FIT FEAST CHOCOLATE & PEANUT BUTTER PROTEIN BALLS (GF, DF, V)

Thanks to the lovely ladies @thefitfeast you will be drooling over these raw, guilt free, tasty treats.

We recommend using @trueprotein rich chocolate powder and @picspeanutbutter smooth peanut butter.

NGREDIENTS:

2 scoops of rich chocolate protein powder

1/4 cup cacao powder

1 cup desiccated coconut

1/2 cup smooth peanut butter

(can substitute with tahini or any nut butter)

1/4 cup maple syrup

1 tsp vanilla

50-60ml water

METHOD:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until the mixture is soft and sticky. Add more water if needed.

2. Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and cover with extra coconut.

3. Allow to set in the freezer for a few hours.

4. Store in the freezer and they last for weeks.
