Try Morgan's favourite Rocky Road recipe.. we commend you if this lasts longer than a day in your fridge!
- 1/2 cup cacao
- 1/2 cup coconut oil
- 1tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup puffed rice
- 1/2 cup roasted nuts (we recommend using pistachios, almonds, pepitas, hazelnuts)
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/3 cup goji berries
- Hand full of good quality rock salt
- Melt cacao, coconut oil and maple syrup on low heat until smooth
- Stir through your toppings
- Pour into a baking tray and put in the freezer to set
- Try not to eat within minutes
