Welcome to Challenge WEEK 2! Let’s get LIIT, so proud of you in your 2nd week of the challenge. Today we will be using our sliders and focusing on those glutes and hamstrings! Listen for the cues throughout the class offering jumping options if you are wanting to lift that heart rate a little higher. Condition - A 30 minute circuit-based class with quick bursts of energy that will keep your heart rate in the sweet spot, while your body works to build heat and lean muscle mass.
